GERNRAL INSTRUCATION: -
1.
All
the questions are compulsory. There 33 questions in all.
2.
There
are 5 sections sec. A, Sec. B, Sec. C, Sec. D, and Sec. E.
3.
Section
A has 10 short answers questions an 4 assertion reasoning MCQs. One marks each.
4.
Section
B has 2 case based questions 4 marks each. Section C contains 9 short answer
questions 2 marks each. Section D has 5 questions 3 marks each. Section E has 3
long answers questions 5 marks each.
5.
There
is no overall choice. However internal choice is provided. You have to attempt
only 1 of choices in such questions.
Section – A

Q30. State first law of thermo dynamic. Explain
isothermal & adiabatic process on the basis of first law of thermodynamics.

Q31. Prove that the motion of cylinder floating in
liquid is simple harmonic Deduce the expression of time period.

Prove that the motion
of a body mass m hanging by spring execute S.H.M. find its time period.
Q32. With the help of first law of thermodynamics
deduce that cp – cv = R. Where cp – Molar specific heat are constant pressure-
